How to play

Welcome to LOTTO CO.SZ! Follow these simple steps to register, buy tickets and play our games. All players must be 18 years or older and physically located in Eswatini when playing.

1. Register (Create an account)

Open the LOTTO CO.SZ website or mobile app.
Click Register / Sign up.
Enter your details:
- Full name (as on ID)
- Date of birth (you must be 18+)
- National ID / Passport number
- Mobile number (for SMS notifications)
- Email address (optional but recommended)
- Create a strong password
Complete identity and location verification:
- Upload a photo of your ID (if requested) and a selfie for facial verification.
Agree to the Terms & Conditions and Responsible Gaming policy.
Click Submit. You’ll receive an SMS or email confirming your account.

2. Login

Go to the LOTTO CO.SZ homepage and click Login.
Enter your registered mobile number or email and password.
Complete two-factor authentication if prompted (OTP sent by SMS).
If you forgot your password, use Forgot Password: enter your mobile/email, receive OTP, and reset.

3. My Account (Dashboard)

After login you’ll land on My Account. Key sections:

Wallet / Balance: view your current credit and transaction history.
Profile / KYC: view and update identity documents, contact details.
Purchase History: list of tickets, draws, results and receipts.
Responsible Gaming: set daily/weekly spending limits, self-exclude, or access support resources.
Notifications: enable SMS/email or push alerts for draws and winning

4. Add funds / Payment methods

You must add money to your wallet or pay during checkout. Supported options:

MTN (momo)
Debit/Credit Card
Bank transfer

Steps to add funds online: (TBC)

Go to Wallet > Add Funds.
Choose a payment method and follow on-screen instructions.
Funds appear instantly for mobile money and cards (bank transfers may take longer).
Keep your transaction receipt.

5. Buy tickets

You can buy online (website)

Login and go to Play / Buy Tickets.
Select the game you want (see game list below).
Choose numbers manually or use Quick Pick / random numbers.
Confirm ticket price and total.
Pay from your wallet or use the chosen payment method.
You will receive a ticket confirmation (reference number) via on-screen, SMS and email. Save this it’s your proof of purchase.

6. Select Games

Pick 3

Fast-paced daily numbers game. Pick 3 digits from 0–9.

Draws take place four times daily at 10:30, 13:30, 16:30, and 19:30 (SAST).

Select three digits (duplicates allowed, e.g., 1–1–5), or choose Quick Pick for randomly selected numbers.

Each entry costs E3. You can play online.

After the draw, your 3-digit combination is compared to the winning numbers generated by RNG

Powerball 5/40

Ticket Price: E5

Draw Time: Every Wednesday at 20:00 hrs (SAST)

How to Play:

Pick 5 main numbers (1–40) and 1 PowerBall (1–20).
Match all 6 numbers (5 + PowerBall) to win the jackpot.
Additional prize tiers for partial matches.

Draw Mechanism: Certified mechanical ball draw.

Game Style: High-stakes excitement with bigger jackpots, bigger thrills.

7. After the draw (check results & notifications)

Results are published immediately after the draw on the website.
Registered players receive SMS/email/push notifications if they win (enable notifications in My Account).
You can check your ticket status in Purchase History or via the ticket reference number.

8. How prizes are paid

Small prizes (below the online auto-pay threshold) are credited instantly to your online wallet
Large prizes / jackpots require identity verification and prize claim processing at the Lottery Office. Expect the operator to contact you with next steps.
You must claim prizes within 90 days of the draw date. Unclaimed prizes will be moved to the Lottery Fund for public programs.
Required documents for major claims: Valid ID, ticket reference, proof of purchase, and any completed claim forms.

9. Limits, multiple entries, and fairness

You may buy multiple tickets and enter multiple draws, but daily/weekly purchase limits may apply to protect players. Set or change your own limits in Responsible Gaming.
Only one account per person is allowed. Multiple accounts tied to the same ID/device may be suspended.
All draws use certified RNGs and are audited; results are monitored by the Eswatini Gaming Board.
